MINDMOVE RETREAT, HUA HIN THAILAND 2019

HOW DO I GET TO THE RETREAT?

Airport transfer from Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) to Evason Resort & Spa is included in the price when choosing the group flight. The drive is an easy and scenic 3-hour drive along excellent highway. 

ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED?

Flights are not included in the price of your retreat. This will need to be booked and paid for in addition to the price of the retreat. Move Mindfully will help coordinate group travel from Copenhagen with Thai Airways, flying directly to Bangkok International Airport and return flights. We're happy for you guys to book flights on your own. However, airport transfer will only be included when booking the group flight.

 

WHAT IF I ARRIVE EARLY TO THE RETREAT OR WANT TO EXTEND MY STAY?

It's possible to extend your stay in Thailand. Move Mindfully has an agreement with the resort that offers you advantageous prices for additional nights. Please email me for prices. 

DO I NEED VACCINATIONS?

Check online or with your doctor for any recommended vaccinations.

DO I NEED A VISA?

Danish citizens: Thailand offers a turist visa free of charge which allows you to stay in Thailand for up to 30 days. 
Other countries: Please check online for your chosen country's visa rules.

HOW MUCH YOGA & PILATES EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

No prior experience with yoga or pilates is needed. I'll make sure to design the classes so both advanced and beginners will benefit from the movements. Just let me know in your booking form what your experience is. In that way I can ensure all requirements and needs are met. Every class will be introducing a different flow, using some of the same movements and exercises. There'll be various options of each pose meaning you can move from exactly your own foundation at any given day.

CAN I BRING SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T WANT TO DO ANY MOVEMENT?
Yes, of course. There's plenty of things to do around Hua Hin for anyone who doesn't want to take part in any classes. Prices will be the same, however. Please let me know in you booking form if you're bringing someone who's not taking part in the daily classes.

WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD I BRING WITH ME FOR MOVEMENT?

Make sure you bring enough comfortable clothes for your practice. Because of the heat I recommend sports bras, lighter tops, shorts or leggings. It will be to hot to practice in long sleeves. Remember you'll probably be getting sweaty daily so either be prepared to do a little bit of washing (the resort has a laundry service) or bring enough clothes for 7 days of movement. 

WILL THERE BE WIFI?

 Yes, the whole area around the resort has wifi connection.

WHAT LANGUAGE WILL BE SPOKEN DURING THE RETREAT?

If there's any non-danish speakers attending the retreat, classes will be thought in english.

 

DO I NEED INSURANCE?

The decision is up to you. If you want insurance you'll need to cover it yourself. 

DO I HAVE TO ATTEND EVERY CLASS?

It's completely up to you how many classes you wish to attend. I recommend you attend as many classes as possible to gain most benefits from the retreat. Remember you can take as many breaks as you wish during a class and there's different options of each pose. The retreat has been carefully designed and therefore I recommend you to follow the original program the best you can.
