HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL?
Hotel Vejlefjord is located around 1 hour drive from Aarhus and 2,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. When booking your stay, there's free parking at the hotel.
WHAT IF I ARRIVE EARLY TO THE RETREAT OR WANT TO EXTEND MY STAY?
It's possible to extend your stay at Hotel Vejlefjord. Move Mindfully has an agreement with the hotel that offers you advantageous prices for additional nights. Please email us for prices.
HOW MUCH YOGA & PILATES EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
No prior experience with yoga or pilates is needed. We'll make sure to design classes so both advanced and beginners will benefit from the exercises. Just let us know in your booking form whether you're a beginner, intermediate or experienced. In that way we can ensure all requirements and needs are met. Every class will be introducing a different flow, however using familiar movement and exercises. There'll be various options of each pose meaning you can move from your own foundation at any given day.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T WANT TO DO ANY MOVEMENT?
Yes, of course. Hotel Vejlefjord offers beautiful surroundings for anyone who doesn't want to take part in any classes. Prices will be the same, however. Please let us know in your booking form if you're bringing someone who's not taking part in the daily classes.
WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD I BRING WITH ME FOR MOVEMENT?
Make sure you bring enough comfortable clothes for your practice. You'll be moving around and laying on your mat during most of the classes. Therefore, we recommend tight and seamless clothes.
WILL THERE BE WIFI?
Yes, the whole area around the hotel has wifi connection.
WHAT LANGUAGE WILL BE SPOKEN DURING THE WEEKEND?
If there's any non-danish speakers attending this weekend getaway, classes will be thought in english.
DO I HAVE TO ATTEND EVERY CLASS?
It's completely up to you how many classes you wish to attend. We recommend you attend as many classes as possible to gain most benefits from the weekend. Remember you can take as many breaks as you wish during a class. The weekend has been carefully designed to suit all your needs and therefore we recommend you to follow the original program the best you can.
